Work continues at the Rivah. Phase I was completed in 2015, with the addition of the Bunkie. In 2017 we began the renovation and
expansion of the cottage (Phase II), which was completed in October of 2017. During the renovation we lived in the Bunkie from February until October 15, 2017. We sold the Richmond house in April so the Bunkie was our primary residence. The Bunkie has no kitchen so cooking was accomplished with a microwave and as weather permitted on the Weber grill with a single burner.
Were now in to Phase III, which is the completion of the driveway, hardscaping and the beginning of landscaping. Landscaping will continue for several years, including trees, shrubs and possible an orchard.
