While we have not posted for the last several weeks there is progress being made. However sometime too trivial to create specific posts. Tile seems to be taking forever, but they are doing a great job.
Here is whats done:
- Roof is now complete
- Tile in kitchen and River room complete
- Hardwood fools about 99% complete
- Kitchen lower cabinets are in with the exception of the oven cabinet
- Master closet complete (Done by Pat and Mike)
- Bases are in for entertainment center and in Mike Office
- Master bath cabinets base is in
- Guest bath base cabinet is in
- Heated floor in master bath is in
- All doors are hung
- Hardware for pocket doors in progress
- Skylights in awaiting power
- External Vent installed on roof
- Well house complete
- Siding on the west side of house complete
- Schedule
- Final check by install for range hood 8/28
- Measure for granite counter top 8/28
- Install counter tops 9/5
- Install kitchen appliances 9/7

- Exterior lighting
- Front porch decking and railings
- Complete electrical
- Complete plumbing
- Complete Tile work
