We’re now beginning to see progress and its looking more like we’re building a house.

Finally demo is complete and the footer have been dug and the pour can begin.. We did have to remove some of the old footers and block walls because they we done improperly.

The old mud room was built right on the deck and it had to go. All of the joints under the room were water damaged from bad construction techniques.
