Renovations begin on the main house.  Previous photos show the we have removed carpet from living room and hall hallway and we most recently removed carpet from the small guest bathroom.  We have selected flooring for the Kitchen, Rivah Room and Both bathroomsn and .

We have removed upper cabinets on the west wall of the kitchen and added drywall where pieces were missing. Our nex task is to hand the Hardy Board in preparation for tile.

Some cabinets will be refinished and re hung to the left of the sink, which is being replaced with a stainless steel Farm House sink.  The countertop are becoming an expensive

granite we found at HomeDepot, our new best friend in Gloucester,

Pat is going to paint/glaze the old oak cabinets framws and doors.

UPDATE: today, 12/28/2014 we will reroute some electric for new outlets in the living room and guest bedroom and add the outlet for the new stove. Changing one to a 15amp branch.
